At “Fit It In Now”, we know that it is sometimes difficult to fit exercise into your daily routine.
We can help you make this happen, and help you achieve your fitness goals.
My personal philosophy is to motivate you within the balance of your life, so that you not only achieve your goals, but also find a new direction with fitness as a part of it. I have lived this for years while working full-time and balancing a family, so I have the insight & experience to get you there too. I believe that all of us can be healthier, and enjoy life more, through the power of activity and good nutrition. As part of this, 3% of our profits are donated to the Diabetes Research Foundation, to help fight diabetes in our world.

I am an ACE-certified personal trainer & mat pilates instructor. I currently teach Pilates, Yoga, and Strength Training at a local gym. My lifetime of fitness has ranged from high school swimming & softball, to collegiate Water Polo, and placing at multiple Boston Marathons as well as other running races. With 22 years of corporate (P&G and HP) experience, I have learned how to balance work, family, and fitness, as a career-driven, working mother of three, wonderful children. I know how to help clients manage and meet their goals, and I can help you with yours. Let me get you energized!
